At Trick Or Treat Studios, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all masks, costumes, and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
