How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the selected carrier and your location.
What is your return policy for masks and costumes?
Due to the seasonal and personal nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Are your masks mass-produced or hand-painted?
While we produce at scale, many of our high-end latex masks are finished and hand-painted by skilled artisans to ensure the screen-accurate detail our collectors expect.

How should I store my latex mask to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the life of your mask, store it out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat. We recommend filling the mask with acid-free paper or placing it on a wig stand to maintain its shape.
